Our Story

Kings Bay RV Park opens in 2026 with a simple goal: give travelers a comfortable, well-located place to stay while they explore one of the most water-focused regions in coastal Georgia. We built this park to work as a true home base. The bay, tidal rivers, marshland, and nearby barrier islands all play a role in what draws people here. Just minutes from the park, St. Marys offers a historic waterfront, local restaurants, marinas, and ferry access to Cumberland Island famous for its wide beaches, wild horses, maritime forests, and protected shoreline.

Kings Bay Naval Base is also a prominent military installation on the Georgia coast, just a short drive from Kings Bay RV Park. The base spans acres of waterfront property along the Intracoastal Waterway, with active naval operations and a fleet of submarines visible from public areas. Visitors can explore the Base and learn about the it's history and strategic importance.
